Love is an intense play dealing with the frustrations with life and frustration with love. Three damaged people attempt to put their lives together all the time suffering at the hands of the law, their addictions and their desperate need to find a love that they can depend on.

Patricia Cornelius has created a wonderful gem of a play – an Australian classic. Muscular language, three wonderfully intense and vibrant characters, writing with both brutal energy and moving poetry making for intense moments of theatrical tension. The play has rhythm and energy is dark and stark in its truths yet is also full of hope and tenderness.
